This is our go to spot in the oak tree area for chaat items (close call with Bombay talk which is a few feet away). You cannot go wrong with the flavor profile here. They are famous for the 100+ varieties of paratha but we love their chaat items. Dahi puri , raj kachori, pav Bhaji, chili pakoda are some of the stand out items. Definitive it a shot when you are around here.

I had been to this Khasiyat restaurant few yrs ago and decided to get choices of their various combinations of vegetables ingredients on Paratha .. which was served with bowl of curd and achar. Onions etc. you have to buy water bottles as they don’t serve that !! Reasonable prices abd lots of freshly cooked varieties dosa/ snacks / lassi/ ice cream etc see menu attached . Have outside seats. Inside is air conditioning..

Pretty good food. Loved the onion paneer parantha. Pretty good Bhatura Chole had a lot of oil though Very bad tea - more of hot water

100 varieties of Parathas on the menu. And if that is not enough, you can create your own with upto 5 ingredients from available 25. Plus about 100 other items on the menu. We liked their parathas, but, we also liked their faloodas. Would definitely recommend this restaurant. The parathad were definitely not oily as some of the reviews mention.
